Who Can Join?
Types of Members
- If you live, work, worship, or attend school located in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wyoming counties in Pennsylvania.
- Individuals who are members of an "immediate family or household" of a member. Immediate family is defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild. This includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings, and adoptive relationships.
- Spouse of a member who died while within the field of membership.
